Rotary Blade Machining: The nickel-chromium alloy sheet undergoes precision cutting to produce rotary blades of 0.10mm thickness. Subsequently, an etching process is employed to refine the blade shapes, ensuring both accurate dimensions and impeccable contours. Surface treatment: After a special surface treatment process, the blade surface has wear resistance and lubrication, in order to cope with the friction and wear under high temperature environment, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the product. High temperature testing: The surface treated blades are tested at high temperature and exposed to 800 degrees Celsius for 720 hours to ensure that they maintain stable performance and function under extreme high temperature conditions.
